Francisca, carefully playing her part as the teacher in this act, thoroughly watched over Marc´s progress. Marc accepted all her precise instructions on how to cut and fry the ingredients – and he too learned how to prepare the famous “rubiols” dough – not kneading too much!! Then it was Franciscas turn to face up to combining flavours that have never been combined in Mallorquin cuisine – like red peppers and raspberries and too using olive oil in order to prepare a delicious chocolate dessert. She was most surprised by the choice of ingredients and couldn´t help tasting immediately. She then turned around in an instant, looked at us all and exclaimed: This is marvellous! The intercultural group of tasters confirmed her judgement – they took their hats off for the combined achievement and decorated both with top marks: an interchange of stars.
